Pediatric Speech Therapist-Grand Forks Location
We are looking for a skilled, full time, Speech Language Pathologist to provide quality care for our patients. The SLP will perform screenings, assess patient condition, and design therapy and treatment plans to help the patient develop necessary speech skills. You should be caring and knowledgeable about speech-related conditions and therapies. To succeed as a SLP, you should be willing to alter treatment plans to better suit the individual needs of a diverse patient population. You should be caring, adaptable, analytical, and resourceful. This position does require traveling the Fargo-Moorhead area, and offers competitive pay.
Responsibilities:
Diagnosing, treating, and preventing speech, language, and swallowing disorders. Creating treatment and therapy plans to suit the individualized needs of a diverse population of patients. Performing screenings to detect voice or speech disorders. Educating patients and family members about speech disorders and causes, including disabilities and traumatic events. Keeping detailed records relating to patient conditions, care plans, therapies, and progress. Reporting progress and current status to appropriate parties, which may include family members, teachers, or medical professionals.
Requirements:
Master’s degree in Speech-language Pathology. Valid state license or certification for ND and/or MN. Experience with certain conditions or working with specific age groups may be preferred. Strong understanding of speech-related conditions, causes, and treatments. Excellent coaching and verbal and written communication skills. Proficiency with computers, especially patient and healthcare databases. Attentive and caring with the ability to develop treatment plans and goals.
Pediatric Occupational Therapist

Full-Time | 40 Hours Guaranteed | Flexible 4-Day Option
We are expanding our pediatric OT team and currently have 75+ children on our waitlist.
This is a full-time position with 40 hours guaranteed weekly — including while building your caseload.
What We Offer:
- $34–$42/hour based on experience.
- 40 hours guaranteed per week.
- $1,000 sign-on bonus (paid after 90 days).
- Structured 3-month mentorship before full productivity expectations.
- Flexible scheduling — many therapists choose a 4-day, 10-hour workweek.

Caseload Development
Therapists build their caseload by scheduling and completing evaluations directly. When a child qualifies, they are added to your ongoing caseload.
With strong community demand, most therapists reach a full caseload within approximately 8–10 weeks, depending on scheduling preferences.

Pediatric Physical Therapist
We are looking for an able and dedicated pediatric physical therapist to treat and improve the mobility of infants, children, and adolescents facing various health conditions. Your main responsibility as a pediatric physical therapist will be to improve children's motor development, strength, range of motion, endurance, balance, coordination, gait difficulties, heart and lung endurance, and delayed motor development.
Pediatric Physical Therapist Responsibilities:
- Interviewing children and family members and using physical examinations to diagnose the source of children's movement difficulties.
- Creating unique, individualized treatment plans that outline the treatment goals and methods to be used.
- Helping children to learn to move their bodies correctly, make their movements less painful, increase the functions of injured body parts, and heal from injuries.
- Assessing patients and monitoring their progress.
- Using techniques like functional training and exercise, medication, diet changes, and specialized equipment that is designed to treat and alleviate pain.
- Coordinating a child's care with other healthcare professionals.
- Providing expert consultations to schools and daycares.
- Teaching children and their families about safety and home exercises.
